A little bit of this, a little bit of that….

It’s really true that great things come in small packages. I’m so happy to have a wonderful book featuring small-piece designs by Mary Elizabeth Kinch and Biz Storm called Small Pieces, Spectacular Quilts.  This book contains 10 phenomenal quilt designs featuring small pieces, plus rare photos of antique quilts, and a brief historical perspective on small-piece designs.  This book is available online and reproduction fabrics for the quilt are available in our store.

I’ve also been on a bit of a vintage lace kick as of late, so we have some beautiful antique pieces available in our store.  It’s certainly been fun hunting for these sweet bits of handmade treasure!  If you’ve picked some up, drop a post on our blog on how you used it.  We love to hear all of your creative ideas!
